Prices & fees
The prices listed are per apartment, exclusive of resort tax. The resort tax of € 3.50 or € 4.00 from 01 November 2023 will be charged separately. Children and young people under the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax.

End-of-stay cleaning
The prices of our apartments in Oetz do not include the end-of-stay cleaning fee which amounts to € 65 - € 80 per apartment.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 3.00 pm, check-out by 10.00 am – in the event of late arrival, please inform us before 6.00 pm at the latest.
Pets
Dogs are very welcome. There is a surcharge of € 10 per pet per day.

We are a non-smoking apartment house. Please do not smoke out of consideration for other guests.
